1:30 - 2:00 pm: Exit river and ride back to cars on the shuttle.

Please join us on a CHC Texas Tubing Adventure on the Comal River.  This event is best suited for swimmers as there are no lifeguards on duty.  The ride is generally 2-2.5 hours long. It's suggested eating a hearty breakfast and snacking on the river. Sandwiches, chips, and fruit is an easy option.

Tubes will be provided with your ticket. You may rent an additional tube for your cooler for $20. You may bring one 30 oz. cooler with a locking mechanism or clasp per person on the river.  They do provide life jackets but recommend bringing your own due to Covid concerns. They recommend all children 8 and under to wear a life jacket, as well as weak/inexperienced swimmers.

Your children must remain with you at all times. There will be "tube chutes" on the river. If you aren't sure whether or not your child can go through the chute, they recommend exiting the river and walking past them. (There is a video on the website with instructions on exiting the river and walking around.)

Texas Tubes's office  will hold your keys and photo ID.  No one-time use plastics, glass, or styrofoam allowed on the river. Examples of "Disposable Containers" are: Plastic water bottles, Ziploc and Plastic baggies, plastic forks, spoons, knives, paper cups, plastic cups, Styrofoam cups and containers, all glass items, beverage cans, one time use mini kegs, food wrappers and packaging, plastic wrap, plastic trash bags, aluminum foil, wine boxes, juice boxes, paper plates, paper towels, napkins, etc.

You may use Tupperware and reusable sport bottles or thermoses.

Suitable clothing (Swimsuits), hats, sunscreen, sunglasses with neck band, water and snacks, life jackets, WATER SHOES are a must. No flip flops. (Old tennis shoes or closed toe sandals work great.)

**Please visit the Texas Tubes website for additional information, tips, rules, checklists, and videos on how to have the best time on the river. https://www.texastubes.com/
