Chess club will continue to meet through the summer but we’re throwing in a little friendly competition.  Come join us this summer and put those chess skills to good use!  We will continue to meet twice a month (every 2nd/4th Monday) from June through August. 

This summer will be ONLY for PLAYING, either for fun or competition, but NO LESSONS. 

Players will compete at one of two skill levels, beginners or experienced. You will choose your skill level during registration.  Each week players will be teamed up automatically, and the number of wins tallied for each player and winners will move forward to the next round.  Prizes will be offered, so you won't want to miss this exciting event!  

You do not have to participate in the tournament in order to attend summer chess club, but if you do want to enter the tournament, you must register!  

 * Please bring a portable chess set.

These are the dates that we will meet:

June 14 and 28 from 2-3pm 

July 12 and 26 from 2-3pm

August 9 and 23 from 2-3pm

Please arrive 10 min early (1:50pm) to start right at 2pm.
