The instructor requires this to be a drop off event. We will assing one of the moms to stay with the group in case any child needs to contact his/her mother during the event.

Students will learn the history of the spring roll in Vietnamese Cuisine. Different components will be presented (carrots, cucumber, lettuce, rice vermicelli, grilled chicken, Chinese sausage). Students will learn how to make a basic peanut dipping sauce and how to make their own spring rolls. Lunch of spring rolls and peanut sauce will be presented. 

All workspace surfaces are sanitized, sanitizer/hand soup available at handwashing stations . All persons are asked to remove shoes inside by the front door. Bring socks to wear inside home. There is a small dog on the premises. He is very friendly and will be kept away from the kitchen/dining areas.
