Price: no fee to CHC for materiasl but the children need to bring their own book and writing tools.

Each student needs to bring the following materials to each class:

• Pencil, pen, eraser, color pencils, and highlighters.
• Notebook. Any notebook the student prefers for writing and note-taking.
• Textbook: Complete Spanish Grammar by Gilda Nissenberg, PhD.

Objective: Students will learn comprehensive Spanish grammar and will practice conversation as well as writing short paragraphs.

The following topics will be included in this course:

1. Verb To Be
2. Nouns and articles
3. Adjectives
4. Personal pronouns
5. Relative pronouns
6. Possessive and demonstrative adjectives and pronouns
7. Adverbs
8. Numbers
9. Present tense: regular verbs, irregular verbs, and verbs with spelling changes.
10. The future and the conditional, if times permit.

The dates for classes are as follow:

September 22        Week 1

October 13              Week 2

October 27              Week 3

November 10         Week 4

November 24         Week 5: We might change the date for this class due to Thanksgiving.

December 8            Week 6

December 22          Week 7: We might change the date for this class due to Christmas.
