PE - Baseball 1 of 2

Bring plenty of drinking water for your kids, a towel, your bat, baseballs and glove if you have any.

Please notice that there are tickets for kids 4-7 yrs old, and 8+ yrs old.

Please keep your RSVP firm.

The objective of P.E. is to help the kids learn basic skills such as jumping, running, throwing and catching a ball, etc.

The plan is as follows:

• 15 minutes for basic PE fitness, which may include: stretching, running, jumping, jumping jacks, push ups, squats, etc.
• 15 minutes to practice techniques related to the sport of the month
• 15 minutes to play the sport of the month.
