New CHC Members’ sign up (New members only)

Welcome to CHC. Before you pay $55 membership fee,  please make sure you have completed steps 1 through 6:

NOTE: Step 8 can be done before step 7. If you have not met with Nohemi Passey to complete step 7, please text her at 346-213-2066 after you pay your yearly memberhsip fee. Your volunteering position is not final until you put your name on the board.  Thank you!

1. Have your entrance interview with Michelle Schroeder. 
2. Select your volunteer position during your interview.
3. You have signed a consent form for a background check. 
4. Fill out contact information for your family. 
5. Read and sign the Code of Conduct. 
6. Receive an email from Michelle Schroeder indicating your memberhsip has been approved.
7. Meet with Nohemi Passey to add your name to the commitee board.
8. Once approved, you will be asked to pay for your yearly membership fee of $55.00. 
9. The last part needed in order to complete your registration is attending the the mandatory Parents Meeting on August 28th.
