Please join us for a time to sharpen and learn life saving self defense skills. We will first talk about some important topics and then actually go through actual “moves”. NO EXPERIENCE required or necessary. If you are able to have a partner ready to pair you with, that would be ideal because this will be how you role play with each other. If you have specific injuries or joint problems, we can take those into account but don’t let that hold you back from coming. Bring a water and wear comfortable clothing- if you can leave the jewelry at home that would be helpful too! I am not an expert and I am not certified. I trained in Tae Kwon Do for 17 years and my instructor took a special interest in self defense, which is how I was taught.
