Description:
My goal is to help reinforce Spanish that has been learned, which means that students attending this class should at least have basic Spanish skills, like colors, numbers, greetings, animals, etc. Therefore, there will be no teaching involved; each participating student should know Basic or Level 1 Spanish, which will be enough to enjoy the class. Before each class, I will give a short review of essential words or sentences that will be used during games, and there will be enough “cheat sheet” support to help them play and review their basic Spanish skills. They may learn new words as well. Some classes will be based on Modified Mock Games, like “Guess Who” and “Pictionary,” but using basic Spanish words and modifications to expand vocabulary usage.
