From the venue:

• Guardians attending are able to park in our front parking lot. This parking is first come, first serve. Once, our front parking lot is full. Guardian’s attending will then have to park in our additional parking lot. This is $5.00 parking. Cash or Card. 
• At this time payment will be made and groups can be formed. 
• Self guided tour after until designated lunch time. (They will tell us on the day of when our lunch time will be).
• Your field trip is self-guided; you are able to walk around and look at everything at your own pace. Each group will have a keeper at each station. These are the keepers that you are able to ask all the great questions to and learn some fun facts about what you are seeing. Some you will feed, some you will just pet, and others you might just get to look.
• On your field trip day. All students will receive a talk from our Giraffe Keeper. (Students are not able to feed, please come back. THEN YOU CAN!)  Can pet the ponies but not ride. (Look more to come back for!)  *Lemur encounters are only 8+ of age (Ring-tail lemurs are 14+ only)  Nocturnal animals will not be available unless the animal is outside the encounter. We like to keep Nocturnal animals a surprise for when the children come to visit again with their families.
• We ask lunch to be 30 minutes long. You are able to eat in our bounce-house area. If we do not have enough seating space in that area, some of your students are able to eat outside on our picnic tables too. (If your kids are NOT participating in bouncing, this is where your group will still eat lunch. After eating your group is able to go back looking at the things you missed before lunch).
• If you pay for the bounce-bounce house, lunch time is the time when they can bounce. **All children 12 and under are able to bounce in our bounce-house area, with signed waiver.  ALL CHILDREN attending MUST have socks on in order to bounce.   Your students get 20 minutes in this area to bounce.
