Fall Co-op registration begins by completing the linked application (found at bottom of this page) and paying the $20 family registration fee. Please note: Only one family fee of $20 will be required per family. Please read the Fall 2021 Classes, Co-op Agreement, and Co-op Information before completing the application (Important Parent Information). Completing the application is not a guarantee that your student is registered. The application will help determine the co-op schedule so more students can be accommodated this semester. The registration process will be completed on August 17 when the full registration is posted. This is when you will purchase tickets for the classes your child(ren) are interested in (event will be posted).
For any family with more than one child, you will submit one application form for each child participating. Do this by going back and clicking the link at the bottom to submit another form or if you have just submitted a form it should give you the option to “submit another form”. Ex. I have three children. I will have to submit 3 separate forms.

Only one ticket required per family. $5 of this fee will go towards your registration fee and $15 will be applied toward co-op classes.
