Fall '21 Co-op Registration

Monday, August 16: TEACHER registration only - If you are not a teacher, please do not purchase tickets on this day or they will be removed.

Tuesday, August 17th – Wednesday, August 18th: Applicant registration only – If you applied last week and paid $20, you must register on these days. If you have not paid a $20 fee, do not purchase tickets on this day or they will be removed.

Thursday, August 19th – Friday, August 20th: (presuming class availability) registration will be open for those who did not submit an application. Those who register at this time will need to purchase class tickets and a $5 family fee ticket. These are the last tickets listed. 

IMPORTANT: Those who paid the $20 family registration fee will use coupon code: ________ at checkout to receive $15 off their subtotal. This code is to be used only one time per qualifying family. Please contact Natasha Bentley if this code is not working for you prior to check out. 

Classes: Please look closely at the class schedule (co-op schedule) and register for classes in the correct age/grade and time for each child (This is determined by where they would be placed in Texas Public Schools). Please note, purchasing tickets for classes in the incorrect grade will lead to forfeiture of your purchased tickets. Take your time and look over your order carefully before finalizing and paying for your tickets. Tickets are labeled, with more details in the description. Since some duplicate classes are being held across grade levels or during multiple times, make sure you purchase the correct one for you child. 

Waitlist ticket: If you do not get into a particular class or classes you can add a "waitlist" ticket to your order. During the registration process you will be asked to then fill out the class name, time & grade level you would like to be on the waitlist for. If it is more than one class, please list them all there. **If you have a child who would like to move to a grade level outside of their own, you will need to get a waitlist ticket and put the class they are looking to move into. After all children in that grade level have their classes set, you may get permission from the teacher of that class to move your child in if there is space.***

Registration Process: 

You will be prompted to fill out the registration information for each ticket purchased (ex. I have 3 kids each taking 3 classes. I will be prompted to fill out 9 forms). When filling out the information for the first ticket, please include all necessary volunteer information, play group information, etc. On the following ticket's information, please write N/A for information that is repetitive. Before submitting payment, please double check that the correct child's name and grade are on the ticket. Please do not rush through this process. Once you have selected your tickets and start the registration process your tickets will be held for 20 minutes. This will give you ample time to make sure all information is correct. After inputting payment information and hitting checkout, please give the system a moment. It may take longer than expected. Do not hit checkout multiple times. 

Coupon: The code will be entered immediately after selecting all tickets you plan to purchase and going to the next page (The code will be entered early on in the registration process- please make sure you don't pass the spot to enter it). It's on the top right hand corner at the top of the registration form underneath the "time remaining".  Remember to use this code and make sure it works before submitting payment. Unfortunately, those who forget to use the coupon will not be refunded or reimbursed. 

Play group info: For parents with children ages 1-3 who will need a spot in play group, please do not purchase a pre-k ticket. These classes are only for children age 4 who will be entering kindergarten the following year.  After determining where you will be volunteering, your child will be placed in the correct play group class. These classes will have no cost.
