It’s a math mystery! A litterbug is on the loose, polluting 'Mathhattan's' precious environment.

Work with partners to solve the case file and figure out who the litterbug is!

PreK to 6th grade math level can join in on the fun. The cost will be $2.50 per student and must be paid by 4/20/20 to confirm your RSVP. Once you have paid, please add your children to the poll so we know how many students we have per grade level.

Students will be split up based on their grade level in math. While they are all solving the same mystery, the math equations and their difficulty levels are completely different for each grade. Please complete the poll based on the grade level that they are comfortable working at independently in the subject of math.

If you are quarantined and your child would like to participate at home, I can email you the files!

We will need one or 2 moms to help watch siblings and early finishers outside of Juergen's away from the math area so the detectives can focus. Parents that are helping their own child at their table, please offer assistance to other children at the same table if their parent is with a sibling or helping with the event. Students are encouraged to work with their peers first and then seek help from adults.  Thank you!

*This event will be right before the chess club.
