The City of God the book by Dr. David Charlton
The City of God the Student guide by Dr. David Charlton
There are 22 books in The City of God.
Before each class the students will need to have read the book corresponding to the class and have answered all the questions in the workbook.
Augustine is one of the church fathers of the the Christian church whom influenced western Christian society. In the book City of God we will cover a variety of topics that include theodicy, civil and natural theology, the history of creation, philosophy of history, eschatology, and martyrdom. This class will be taught from a biblical world and life view. The main prerequisite for this course is that the student has had enough world history and understands the events that led to the fall of Rome.
This class will take place on the second and fourth Wednesday at the Radack center on the folloiwng dates:

Depending on the participation, the instructor will re- evaluate if the class will continue beyond May 25.
