Mr. Muller is an experienced chess teacher. He will divide the group into two, having the ones that are new to chess in one group and the ones that have played before can be in another group.
Half the class will play chess for the first half hour while the other half gets a lesson. Then, after half an hour, they'll switch.
CHC Chess Club will provide kids with the opportunity to learn and improve their chess skills. Chess not only builds character but it teaches concentration, focus and empathy. It also teaches how to win with grace and lose with dignity, and those are great life lessons! Come play chess with us!!!
