CHC October Book Clubs- All Ages

Welcome to October Book Clubs!

Hosted by Mary West and all book club coordinators listed below. Last day to register for October book club is October 4th. 

All info about book clubs can be found here: Fall 2021 Book Club Info. Please read thoroughly before registering. After reading and agreeing to the info and policies on the forum, please reserve 1 ticket per child in the book club they plan to participate. Book clubs will be capped at 10-12 students. Please let Mary know immediately if you need to cancel your ticket as there are limited spaces.

October Book Choices (updated 9/13/21 to reflect changes due to September book club cancellations):

2. Early Elementary Bookworms with Ms. Ramia (Approx. K-2nd): How to Make an Apple Pie and See the World by: Marjorie Priceman (read at book club-no required reading ahead of time) More info: Bookworms Info

3. Mid-Elementary Ready Readers with Ms. Lissette (Approx. 1st-3rd):  Sofia Martinez, My Family Adventure by: Jacqueline Jules (Entire book should be read ahead of time for October book club-bring a copy of the book.) More info: Ready Readers Info

4. Mid-Upper Elementary Word Worms with Ms. Candice (Approx. 2nd-4th): Because of Winn Dixie by: Kate DiCamillo (Must be read ahead of time-bring a copy of the book.) More info: Wordworms Info
