Book description: When the people of Squawk Valley find themselves without a turkey for their Thanksgiving feast, they hatch a plot to lure one in town. However, the townspeople of Squawk Valley didn't plan on meeting a turkey as sly as Pete!!
Activity: STEM 3D paper turkey
Discussion topics: Elements of a story will be discussed. What are you thankful for? What is your favorite food during thanksgiving? A letter from the alphabet will be chosen and discussed (letter sound and words that start with that letter).
