About the Event
ASL ( American Sign Language) for older beginners ages 10+. 6 Classes meeting the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. Classes cover the alphabet, fingerspelling, greetings, and deaf culture. Teacher: Madelynn Ponder, 3rd year ASL student at Langham Creek High School. *** Important Note*** ASL classes are taught with little or no talking from the students. At this age if they have a question they can ask it using written notes.
